It is I who thanks you. I was beginning to think I was not going to be able to award this prize. Today's clue would have been it starts with a vowel but from the perspectives of the past answer's I am not sure if anyone would have got it.
I would have thought the steemit clue was a dead give a way but I guess many don't view it as it was designed to be. I think a lot need to step back from all the drama we all get sucked into and look at the platform for what it is meant to be.

Perspective
I might think the word you are referring to is perspective. I first came up with Illusion, then Mindset, but Perspective slipped through my mind as well. Because, no matter how you take a look at life, there is always someone with a different perspective on the same things. Some things might not seem to be what they are to you and the other, but most things are identified with emotion and own true intentions/believes. Emotion from situations you have experienced in the past. Emotions you can or can't relate to. And that is only because of how and why you take a look at things.
Seeing the corruption in the photographs, made me guess the word was an illusion. Seeing the guitar box and the homeless guy made me think it was the mindset. Checking out the picture with all the different doors and the last picture as well, made me think you have a choice. Well, of course, you have a choice, but a choice can only be given by yourself and if you decide to take it or not, and that depends on how you take a look at things and see things in your own perspective.
No matter where you look, it will always be the same. The only thing you can hope for is change.
The truth lies in the eyes of the beholder. Everyone holds their own truth, everybody is right, nor wrong unless they agree with being wrong. But all of these images resemble hope to make the world a better place in their own way.
