That's one way to look at it, a bit jumping to conclusions though...
This sounds more like, who cares who leaves and who stays... should it not be the goal to keep as much members, who give their full support either way they can, happy?
I think everyone makes their own personal choices. A good discussion and sharing of viewpoints is very helpful but reality is that one cannot be friends with everyone in life. So some wil move on. No hard feelings.
