decentralized cryptocurrency exchanges

Soon with decentralized exchanges, traders will exchange crypto-market without a third party service to hold the customer's funds.
What is advantage of that than centralized ones,
But what is disadvantage,
Examples of these exchanges,
Also Bitshares, NXT, Bitsquare and CounterParty DEX.
There are many on the road.
By time, trading, funding and withdrawal will be anonymous and easy to use.

What are favorites currently.. anyone vote for open ledger.. bitshares.. the new waves? had no idea there were so many others.. is leasing waves to miner a good deal?

I know, but the point to by is it will use cellphone for mining. once ICO will finish price will rise.
