Perfect Example of Centralized Currency Problem
In Sweden every human use a digital service called Swish. Which control all of Swedes digital money in local SEK currency. The app is owned by the local Banks. The users have no ownership in who runs things so they can't influence anything. Now they will shut down for 3 days for maintenance. A whole Nation of 9 million people without access to currency. This is why we decentralize. Steem may not be perfect but at least it's more freedom than rely on 3rd party for everything 😂 #DecentralizeTheWorld
Steem went also down for a week if I remember correctly. But still, never trust the banks.
Or better said, never trust someone or a group you have a agreement with, in wich you have no say in it whatsoever.
