I bought some physical land last year. If I knew about blockchain tech and cryptos I would have bought decentraland instead. The stand that i bought was cheap that my friends ended up joining me. If only we did this with decentraland.

No it doesn't. The law governing the rural area is run according to a tribal system that has not been amended since the apartheid regime. (Don't mean to bring up such a heavy energy) It works out unbelievably cheap in price value, but all you get is a receipt from the Tribal Council Office stating that you paid a price x amount. So the land is not officially owned by the purchase although everyone behaves as if it is. This left a bad impression on people who have capital to invest with me who live in the city. Right now the has not produced any cashflow and hodling it has particularly peaked interest. The overall cost to acquire the land (at the time) could have been used to get in on the MANA ICO and hodling the crypto it would have been more profitable with less headaches from authorities. Overall more effective asset as time goes buy. But that's just my opinion..
Wow, thanks for sharing @kofibeatz, we really appreciate being able to know what's going on and what other cultures deal with. That is terrible that you all have to deal with that, and hopefully crypto can bring some solutions. Imagine if instead of receipts everything was verifiable on the blockchain.
