I, personally know two Asian couples in Vancouver areas who try saving money to pay their mortgages by "visiting" whomever they know on weekends. They would show up (uninvited sometimes!) around lunch time and hang out until dinner is served. My family fell victim several times until we realized they were taking advantage of our hospitality. SAD!!
