Very well put together DR. When I bought my home in 2001 I went with a 15 year mortgage. Never refinance when the intrestrate went down, there was a reason for not refinancing. It is now 2017 and guess what,,,, I own this place I call home. Just say no to BANKERS!!!
Awesome my friend. It's a game moving from house to house because eventually you get into a mortgage that will cost you everything. The banks want you to borrow and they want you to fail! It's money and property in their hands.
