What happens after you die? Is death the end?

There's only one group of people who really know what happens when you die: the dead.
The Bible says: “The living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all.” (Ecclesiastes 9:5; Psalm 146:4) Therefore, when we die, we cease to exist. The dead can’t think, act, or feel anything.
That's pretty scary. I personally belive our body dies but our soul never dies. It's like we go to anew world It's just a transition when we die. Just like when we where born. We came from another world to this world and when we die we go to a new world, but I don't think the next world would be physical. What about thing we did in this world?! Is there a hell or even a paradise? I sure hope so I'm going to a paradise :)
