Hhhh I didnt know you take a lot of white drugs in your hot drinks :D
I cut it out some years ago and I am totally OK now. It took me just two or three bitter coffees to recognize a different taste. Now I cant imagine sweet tea or coffee anymore. It feels to me like water and sugar and not a coffee.
I will tell you how I did it and you can try it out. It really helps if you want to cut sugar out. First drink sugarless coffee or tea with normal cookies or chocolate. After some days you will get used to it and can change your chocolates to bitter ones 80% cacao or 70%. Later you can buy or bake sugarless cookies or cakes and after a while it wont matter anymore. Good luck with that :D
i don't take sugar in my drinks. i said the opposite! i've cut out sugar.
OK I thought you are still trying to succeed hhhh OK I am glad to hear that. Buy why butter? It is supposed to be healthy if you eat one spoon per day. Thats what one of the doctors on youtube was explaining. I cut it out for a while and now I buy it from time to time.
seems like just another 'thing' to buy and for 'what' -- sure it makes things taste better but then if i have to put butter on the 'thing' to make it taste better maybe the thing is not tasty to begin with! :)
Yes actually the bread is the problem but not the butter. But seriously there is no replacement for butter :) I use honey and wholewheat bread and sometimes I put a bit of butter inside dates. It makes them taste nice with a hot cup of coffee.
It is really difficult to follow a special diet when you see all the nice things in the supermarket :(
i hear ya! :)
