AMD RX 560 4 GB for $149.99
Not much deals at the moment. The best I could find is a XFX RX 560 4 GB (with the full 1024 stream processors) for $149.99. A miner I talked to on Discord found his 2 GB models to hash better than his 4 GB ones, but if you ever plan on mining Ethereum this can handle that large DAG file.
It should give you about 12 MH/s with a stock VBIOS or 2000 FPS when playing StarCraft. Some people crank these to 15 MH/s but I tune for efficiency because the electricity in Hawaii is at 30.7¢ per kW/hr1, not cheap! Plus I'm pretty sure running a graphics card that hard will cause more heat and fan noise.
My XFX RX 550 4 GB doesn't have an ultra quiet fan, but it hashes better than my MSI one with ball bearings.
