When talking about manager many consider it as a formal title for certain business executives or companies, the truth is that these qualities we can apply in our day to day to progress and move constantly, this involves coordinating the resources we have available (time, money and the knowledge that is acquired) since time is limited, study and evaluate how money is spent and what is invested and where this knowledge is applied.

For this you must have a clear vision of what you want to be and where you want to go, first there must be a mental creation to carry it out later. It is important to make a personal analysis of those positive qualities and attitudes that favor us, as well as to detect those qualities that are not very favorable or weaknesses that we have; in order to identify them to reinforce positive attitudes and be aware of the weaknesses we have to improve them.

This can be done through the administration process through planning, organization, direction and control.

Planning:

is extremely important since it is the basis of everything, it is where we establish our objectives, our goals to be reached and in what way we will achieve what is proposed (strategies to be used) and the actions to be carried out in the short, medium and long term.

Address:

Refers to taking action, executing the plan and staying motivated to achieve the established goals.

We are the managers of our life if we decide to do it, take the reins and work for it, anyone can achieve incredible things if planned, organized, worked to achieve it and control compliance of the plan. Today's actions determine what we will be tomorrow.
