The Love Nest on Mallorca - Das Liebesnest auf Mallorca

Hello everybody,

The village in Mallorca I personally felt very nice.

The community with nearly 1950 inhabitants is located in the northwest of the island. It belongs to the Serra de Tramuntana region.

The speech is from Valldemossa. The city is located about 18 kilometers north of the capital Palma. It is a picturesque mountain village with beautiful houses, a certain flair and breathtaking views over the rooftops. The village was made famous by the composer Frédéric Chopin and the writer George Sand.

By car one drives from Alcudia about one hour to Valldemossa. That's possible by car. The lanes are already pretty narrow and busy with coaches. In general, I did not really like driving a car. The inhabitants do not pay attention to the tourists and the streets are really narrow and often too close to cliffs.

Worth seeing here in the town is the Cartoixa de Valldemossa and a beautiful view on the Ermita de la Santisima Trinidad.

Equally beautiful is the greenery and grounds surrounding Jardins Rei Joan Carles. Everything is super well maintained here and you can really switch off.

Beautiful

Nothing is too over the top and too sumptuous. Lots of green, beautiful old buildings and sweet narrow streets. Shopping is also very nice here. Be it art, Schnick Schnack or a new summer dress. From reasonable prices to exceptional individual pieces. Very impressive was the whole.

Wonderful architecture!

The most beautiful place in Valldemossa is the garden of the Charterhouse. In its timeless tranquility, the coming and going of the centuries and their representatives is the best digestible.

I ran into a small dog in an art gallery. He was so cute and I thought life was so nice here. Having a gallery in the middle of a beautiful city has something.

Hallo zusammen,

Die Ortschaft auf Mallorca habe ich persönlich sehr schön empfunden.

Die Gemeinde mit knapp 1950 Einwohnern liegt im Nordwesten der Insel. Sie gehört zur Region Serra de Tramuntana.

Die Rede ist von Valldemossa. Die Stadt liegt etwa 18 Kilometer nördlich der Hauptstadt Palma. Es ist ein malerisches Bergdorf mit wunderschönen Häusern, ein gewisses Flaire und atemberaubende Aussichten über die Dächer. Berühmt wurde das Dorf durch den Komponisten Frédéric Chopin und die Schriftstellerin George Sand.

Mit dem Auto fährt man von Alcudia circa eine Stunde nach Valldemossa. Das geht mit dem Auto. Die Fahrbahnen sind schon ziemlich eng und mit Reisebussen stark befahren. Generell bin ich nicht unbedingt gerne Auto gefahren. Die Einwohner nehmen keine Rücksicht auf die Touristen und die Straßen sind wirklich sehr eng und oft zu nah an Klippen entlang.

Wunderschöne Aussicht

Ebenso schön ist das Grün und die Anlage rund um Jardins Rei Joan Carles. Alles ist super gepflegt hier und man kann so richtig abschalten.

Hier ist nichts zu übertrieben und zu prunkvoll. Viel Grün, wunderschöne alte Bauten und süße schmale Gassen. Einkaufen kann man hier auch sehr schön. Sei es Kunst, Schnick Schnack oder ein neues Sommerkleid. Von günstigen Preisen bis hin zu außergewöhnlichen Einzelstücken. Sehr beeindruckend war das ganze.

Wunderschöne Gebäude

Die schönste Stelle in Valldemossa ist der Garten der Kartause. In seiner zeitlosen Ruhe lässt sich das Kommen und Gehen der Jahrhunderte samt ihrer Vertreter am besten verdauen.

Mir ist ein kleiner Hund in einer Kunstgallerie zugelaufen. Er war so süß und ich stellte mir das Leben so schön vor hier. Eine Gallerie zu besitzen inmitten einer wunderschönen Stadt hat schon was.
