im gestrigen Post ging es ja um MTL / DL / Verdampferkopf / Hochohm / Subohm, alles super. Wenn ihr Fragen habt dazu, gerne stellen, ich lass euch mein Wissen zukommen und denke, das euch kein anderer Dampfer hängen lassen würde, sondern auch eure Fragen mit bestem Gewissen beantwortet.

Heute soll es um andere Begeifflichkeiten gehen.

Was ist eine RBA?

Eine RBA ist im Grunde nichts weiter wie ein Verdampferkopf (oder wie von @thedeadfrog verdampferkern genannt). Mit einem Unterschied, ich kann mir die Heizspule und die Watte dort selber reinhauen. Ein Selbstwickler also.

• RBA = Rebuildable Base Atomizer
• meist nur einmalige Anschaffungskosten oder beim eigentlichen Verdampfer mit beiliegend
• ja nach Marke sehr klein und frimmelig zum Basteln
• geringere Folgekosten zum normalen Verdampferkopf
• kann verschiedene Drahtarten verwenden
• etc. Etc.

Eine Coil, was ist das?

Zunächst mal ein Foto , einer Coil!

Gut im Grunde ist eine Coil die Seele eines jedenfall Verdampfers, sei es nun In Fertigkopfverdampfern (da sind sie halt fertig verbaut) oder RBA oder oder oder. So eine Coil kann man selber bauen, oder sich bereits fertig kaufen.

Zu Beachten ist

• Drahstärke und Art. Ob man nun DL oder MTL dampfen will.
• je dünner der Draht in der Regel umso höher der Widerstand

Es gibt ja da unendlich viele verschieden Arten von Coils, Clapton Coil , Fused Stapple Stagred und das ganze noch 85 mal getwistet bis hin zum unendlich veredelten Mega Dampfobercoil Draht der am besten noch mit Blattgold versilbert wurde :) , sorry aber das musste jetzt einfach sein.

Für Anfänger oder Backendampfer reicht eigentlich eine Spaced Coil, aus Kanthal / Edelstahl/ Ni80 Draht ..... dazu mal ein kleines Video, damit ihr euch das auch besser vorstellen könnt.

Ihr seht, man kann sich bei dem Thema recht schnell verlieren und es artet ganz schnell zu einem riesen Hobby aus. Welches aber auch Spaß machen kann.

Demnach will ich euch jetzt auch nicht weiter aufhalten. Die Tage geht es dann weiter, mit dem Thema. Dann erfahren wie was über RTA und RDA.

What is an RBA?

Attention is

• Drahstärke and Art. Whether you want to steam DL or MTL.
• The thinner the wire usually the higher the resistance

There are so many different types of coils, Clapton Coil, Fused Stapple Stagred and the whole still 85 times twisted up to the infinitely finished Mega Dampfobercoil wire which was best silvered with gold leaf :), sorry but that had to be easy now ,
