Military Complicit in Document -Based Human Trafficking

This is what the air force does to those who refused to follow unlawful mandates. They forget about their oath to the constitution. They just follow orders like automotons. So I would like to use this as the context of what the Illinois Army National Guard did to me in 1991/1992 when George Herbert Walker Bush was my commander in chief.

I am Abdul Haleem Muhammad. I changed my name from Tiimotio Sebastian Leal in 1977 at the age of 11. I was born in San Diego California and somehow sent to Chicago to be adopted.

I joined the Army National Guard in October of 1986. By the end of basic training, I was a Private First Class. Soon, I was a specialist. I started Officer Candidate School in early 1991 . My pay grade was now at E-6 or Sergeants rank.

My field artillery unit would be called to Iraq while I was in Officer Candidate School. By the summer of June 1991, I was ready to drop out of Officer Candidate School. I was tested for drugs and knew I smoked some weed. The weekend drill was rough and so I told my TAC Officer that I smoked some weed and that I wanted to go back to being an enlisted soldier. The officer told me to drive on.
I never heard anything else about dropping out or dropping dirty until after all the Officer Candidate School training was complete. I purchased my new uniforms and insignia. I thought I had made it. All I had to do was walk across the stage.

My last drill in the Army National Guard goes something like this. After a year and a half in Officer Candidate School, I was finally given a leadership position. I had lost the use of my left arm after participating in a firefighting event that afternoon. We did a twenty five mile march that night. I went to see a medic the following morning after the march. I was abandoned at the hospital and had to walk back to the barracks after seeing the doctor.

My final evaluation was rough and I didn't know if I would make the finish line. The evaluator called me the N-word. After training was over and I bought my officer gear and was given all the details of my new assignment, I drove back from Springfield to Chicago to get ready for graduation

When graduation was less than a week away, the national guard called me at my job at the American Bar Association and told me that I would not be allowed to cross the stage and become an officer. I never talked to the military again until I became homeless in 2015. I had to get my DD214 in order to be enrolled in the Support Services for Veterans Family.

The program helped get me an apartment through a new program called 'Home for The Holidays' just before Thanksgiving in 2016. So after nearly 25 years, I finally got a benefit from being in the military of the United States When l asked my social worker about how my new apartment was to be paid for, she said she didn't know because it was a new program. The reason I asked was that, at first, I was unable to qualify for ANY benefits because I was being told I didn't have enough regular army service. I tried to explain how I was in Officer Candidate School and that my unit had duty in the first Iraq war.
As I was waiting to find permanent housing, I became a candidate for a program called 'I.C. Stars' . This was a leadership program teaching leadership and software development. It would be extremely intensive and time-consuming. I was accepted to the program with a January 1, 2016 start date. Once I was accepted into the ICStars program, the social worker got me an apartment through Hone For the Holidays.

I was able to have an apartment with prospects of completing ICStars and getting a sustainable job in the tech industry. After getting the apartment, the social worker started to stress me about finding a job even though she knew I was supposed to start class in January. Once January came I C Stars postponed my start date until April.

The Social worker had enrolled me into a job readiness program. I looked for night jobs to compliment the intensive schedule for school. Before April came, the social worker told me that I would have to pay half of the rent. After April, she said they would no longer be paying any more rent. When I went to start I C Stars they told me I would not be starting until June. When I asked about why they told me January and then April, and now June, the answer was basically, We/he lied.

That same week, I had received an invitation to work at an upscale restaurant. I wanted to work and go to school but none of the organizations involved had enough compassion for my situation to assist me in making my dreams come true. The social worker had enrolled me into the Support Services for Veterans Family Housing Choice Voucher Program with the Chicago Housing Authority.

I stopped talking to the social welfare case manager and my IC Stars dream of leadership and software development training went down the drain. I accepted the job for the graveyard shift as a dishwasher. After 25 years of leaving Springfield, I was thwarted in my ambition of being a leader. Fast-forward another six and a half years, I am still being haunted by my bogus military exit.

The social worker received a fraudulently doctored DD214 or it was doctored later. I'm not sure. I thought the document reflected my service when I got it in 2016. But in 2023 , after being illegally and unlawfully evicted in 2022, I had to get another copy of my DD214 . This DD214 had no mention of my Officer Candidate School duty. It was different from the one from 2016 because it was changed from an Honorable discharge to a Relief from Active Duty discharge. It says that I only went to basic training and that I was discharged in 1988.

To this day, the military is not being honest and forthright. The DD214 is prima facie documentation that all of the entities that have profited because of my participation in the U.S. Illinois Army National Guard have now all put themselves into legal jeopardy. The social worker that used the fraudulent document to enroll me into her organization's programs and then pass me off to the next. The private LLC that continued the fraud with more fraud. The state funded organizations that neglected to help or listen when I attempted to inform them of the previous fraud. The fraud that is in motion now. All due to the racism going on in the training grounds of the United States Illinois Army National Guard in Springfield, Illinois.

The National Guard had the responsibility to act according to the rules. I practiced integrity when I stepped forward to resign from consideration as it relates to being an officer. Rather than accept that integrity and give me a chance to retire from the military in the next 15 years, the U.S. Illinois Army National Guard allowed me to have false hope as I endured an unnecessary full year of training for an officer's commission that would be cruelly taken away. Just because I admitted to smoking weed.

After later accepting probation for a weed infraction , that's how I found myself homeless in 2015 needing to procure my DD214 to be used to facilitate what I now know to be documents-based Human trafficking. It appears to me that the conspirators inside the military are still trying to make sure that what happened from 1991 til the present remains hidden and obfuscated. It appears that computer software is at work to maintain the fraud. It appears as if that program that I will call AI is at work in the computers of the organizations chartered to assist veterans in need. All of my requests for changes to accurately reflect my true service have been ignored.

Today, I languish in a pseudo homeless status. I am at the mercy of actors who determine my destiny and my fate through closed doors back room deals without any input from me as to information specific to my situation. My voice is not heard. I am being purposefully and willfully ignored by those who are responsible for being left out in the cold.
