Yes a friend of mine is going though this. She contacted their customer service via email, and they supposedly reset it and told her to try again, but it still didn't work. She also tried re-registering with another email and still the same problem.
She's tried logging in from home computer and cellphone, but still no success. She tried with caps off and caps on and typed in password as usual as though caps off.
