Epstein and now one of the Koch brothers. Happy days !! A good start, but here are still so many more to go. I think a state funeral should be offered, but only if we can also bury Rumsfeld, Cheney, Wolfowitz, Perle, Sheldon Adelson, oh and maybe a 2 for 1 deal on the Clintons !! We could even invite overseas dignitaries Blair and Howard the Coward, and throw them into the hole too. I know they haven't died yet, but we could still just bury them anyway !!
