• You can't measure what you can't see... There must be an importance stressed on the engagement of employees as new techs are implemented; otherwise, opportunities for advancement and growth will go unnoticed. This need to drive engagement derives from the creation and utilization of data collected from these newer techs. By tracking micro behavior trends and adjusting them to correlate with macro organizational goals, efficiency becomes much more manageable. Through data, behavior adjustments can become proactive versus responsive. Through data, you can capitalize on trends otherwise not seen. Through data, you make smarter decisions.
