For those unaware, this was a legal charade:
-Transferred Intent
-Parallel Construction
-Inclusion of "Uncharged Crimes" (with no evidence) in hearings
-Given sentence beyond what even the prosecution was asking for

Essentially, the first website host to be convicted for the actions of the users of his site. Very concerning.
