Posting pictures from your phone just became Profitable with Crypto!
This year has been one giant leap for the blockchain space, in regards to the number of projects that actually have active applications with user adoption. It Started with gambling and has quickly moved over in to social media, prediction markets, data ownership and more. It makes me wonder what we have to come in the next few years or even further.
The best thing about a lot of these application or Dapps, is that they are community run and owned, (decentralized) and some actually pay you the token profits for using the services. Others insensitive you with voting and creating content, but this is just the beginning so i’m sure we are likely to see some more creative ways of encouraging user adoption and daily user.
One such app is ‘ WhatsAround’ that is currently encouraging user growth and daily use with boosted voting and posting rewards, and a bonus for inviting your friends on board.
What’s Around is a social app, Available on both Android & IOS, where you post images of the things, places, events, people, and just about anything worth viewing in the area, then get stuck in and check out some of the amazing places and things around you, that others have posted. You will be surprised how many things re around you that you never knew were there.

Currently the app works best in built up areas where there is at least a few people within a state sized area using the app, but you can see that the travelling community are jumping on this one, to earn some extra money on the move, as they photograph the more rural areas. So with time this may grow and have a community that actually works, but again only time will tell.
