Reviewhunt (Onboarding) The power of Social Marketing

Preface

Digital marketing, as the name implies, is the act of promoting and selling products or services via digital technology channels. Various digital channels have sprung up over the years, each bringing its uniqueness to its users.

In my country, Nigeria, I see some companies investing in marketing. Most of these companies use mobile/physical marketing where they employ mobile marketers, who go round a specific target area to share information about their products to potential customers.
Most times, these companies provide test products to potential customers through mobile marketers. Giving test products help potential customers decide either to keep using the products or not and thereby to increase demand request for the products. These marketers are paid incentives according to the number of users they can bring on.

Online marketing as taken a similar approach, to help increase the use and sales of their products. Which brings me to the reason am writing this article, a new online marketing platform I discovered Reviewhunt.

Review Hunt

Reviewhunt is a subcategory of Steemhunt, which was successfully launched in August 2019. Reviewhunt aims to help Markers( Developers, companies) increase the number of users and engagement on the products. Reviewhunt uses two strategies in achieving their aim.

• Create a platform for Markers and Hunters.

• Offer specified incentives, in the form of Hunt tokens to hunters.

Since the inception of Reviewhunt, Buzzi, Hairfit, Mosaeek, Bitberry, Tata and Reviewhunt itself are being promoted on the platform.
In less than a month, Reviewhunt has engaged over 1,000 hunters and amassing a potential reach of over 8 Million followers through 1,785 social channels. Isn't that amazing? Yeah, it's quite impressive.

Reviewhunt incentivize hunters with the Hunt token. The amount of Hunt token received by each hunter on a Buzz post, depending on its quality and engagement generated by Buzz content.
I estimate the growth rate of Reviewhunt to increase to a potential reach of 100 Million within six months.

Hunt token is ERC-20 utility tokens and currency of Steemhunt/Reviewhunt. It is listed on Daybit and Probit for now.

Few Technicalities on Reviewhunt

Markers (Tech developers, companies) run review campaigns for any of their products. Each marker set unique quests and bounty missions suitable for their products. A specific amount of reward pool is allocated to each campaign by the marker.

Each task in a campaign has a maximum amount of reward; a hunter can receive for each Buzz content. The Reviewhunt moderators decide the amount of Hunt received by each hunter for his Buzz content.
