This looks like it is Kraken, many transactions interact with kraken wallets,
It makes sense that kraken has more Ether then the 600k listed on the large accounts list. The fact that it seems to be more then the poloniex wallet is strange, but then again maybe poloniex has even more Ether too.
They are probably getting ready to split the Ether between the chains to prevent the relay-attack.
Kraken has had a 'dark pool' for trading among their mega-whales and institutions for a couple months. My bet is this is related to it.
