Motivational variable and job satisfaction

In our community nowadays,worker?(staff) really need motivations. At this point how would they motivate them and how the motivation wil take place?
For any organization to be effective and efficient, the employer has to motivate ther workers,by what way? There are so many ways to motivate workers such as, by increasing there salary, promotion, regular training and provision of warfare packages and job satisfaction. By so doing this,workers will definitely enjoy their job and try as much as they can to work their task and this will bring the aim and object to the organization.
