Dal Fry Paratha Indian Food Urmi's cooking
After long time back with Healthy, Nutritional n Tasty Tiffin/Lunchbox Idea.
Mix Lentil, Oats, Wheat flour n Seasoning made this Paratha Yummy n Tasty. Served with Pickle or curd.

Dal_Fry_Paratha
Ingredients
1 cup boiled Mix Lentil
Chanadal, toor dal, Moong Dal, Masoor Dal
1 cup Oats Powder
1+1/2 cup wheat flour
1 tsp Ginger paste
1 SP Garlic paste
2 sp Kanda-Lahsoon powder (Everest)
1 tbsp Red chilly powder
1/2 tsp Aamchoor powder
1/2 tsp rock salt
Salt to taste
3 tab SP oil
2 sp Ghee
Mashed boiled mixed lentils add all ingredients one by one. Mix lightly with your palm. Make Paratha dough without using water.
Rest for 10 mins.
Make balls roll it like Paratha n roast both side brown.
Served with Pickle n curd.
