My awakening

For anyone on a lifelong spiritual journey, awakening is not an event, but an ongoing journey.
Enough said.
This photo is of the Calfkiller River, which forms the eastern border of our property, and was taken roughly seven months after we moved onto our place, most likely with my Canon PowerShot SX 30 iS.

Always nice to know that my poetry connects with someone, especially in the journey of life.
The poetry of others has always meant a great deal to me. So many gems of wisdom that I've internalized that I don't even recall now . . . along with those I'll never forget.
