My hubby used to have a family recipe for Yakitori from his great uncle who served in the Army for 19 years in Japan but we lost the recipe when his ex took everything. Can you help? So many great memories of making yakitori with his Uncle!
Hello @mightysiren, thanks for leaving a comment. As you may know, Yakitori is more or less the same as BBQ. In Japanese style, it can either be salt or sauce. If you can't get the Japanese Yakitori sauce at your local store, I think salt is also good. In fact, the "tori" in yakitori means chicken. That is the main ingredient. Organ meat like chicken heart and liver are common and most delicious I think. But you may also simply make it chicken wings as well.

Wow! Lobster is one of my fav. dishes but grilled never taste yet surely taste really good especially from charcoal, hmmm...makes me so appetite😊
among recipes of lobster, i think grill may not be the best but it is a must try. hope you like it :)
