Chick Mag or Chimek? - FOODphotography

A twist on the famous Korean chicken - this is one of many Chicken Wings set meals that Chimek serves in Australia.

As you can see, it has the sense of the American bistro feel in the presentation yet they also give you plastic gloves to keep your hands clean just like in the Korean stores.

Almost a marriage between the American's and Korean's take on the good old BBQ fav - the chicken wings.. haha..

So, the store sells many variations on the seasonings of the chicken wings. This dish I ordered was a little sweet which is based on the sweet chilli wings served in Korea but dulled down to suite the Aussie taste aka. Not that spicy. It is served with a side of fries and pickled radish to give homage to the Korean roots.. haha.. see what I did there? Roots..
