"Tingbits"
Tingbits from the words "ting bitay" is a Cebuano dialect meaning, when the financial budget for this month is almost dried out. This food is good when your wallet is crying out. 😂
You can be buy this dish at Carinderia (a food stall with a small seating area, typically in a market or at a roadside.)
