Pansit Bihon Guisado

Hi steemit friends! I want to share one of my favorite Filipino food with you guys.

Pansit bihon guisado is a Filipino noodle dish which is the second staple to rice. Stir-fried noodles associated with rice vermicelli, a thin form of rice noodles, mixed with pork, chicken meat or shrimp meat, carrots, cabbage, onion, green and red bell pepper.

This meal is commonly served as a merienda with a slice of bread. It is also popular to be served at special occasions and birthday parties. It is easy to cook that is why it's one of my favorite food.
