This is the St Louis Ribs from Tony Romas, famous for their Ribs, Steaks and Seafood. The 2 Sides i have chosen were Buttered Broccoli and Mashed potatoe filled with bacon and topped with baked cheese and chives.

Simply delicious, taste was fantastic, well seasoned and marinated, tender despite blacken on the outside. I am sure i can eat another slab even though i have enough already.

I am submitting this for dailyfoodphotography contest.

      @jackpot.Those ribs look finger licking good.The mask defo packed full of flavour with bacon cheese n chives.i would leave in the skins n bake.Nice side of broccoli too.Thanks for sharing👍🏼👌
