This round we able to go out from our usual makan place and head to kepong for some food hunting. This place name "Norway Salmon Fish Head Noodles", located in Kepong. Is quite easy to find as you just type in your GPS with their shop title and you can get there.

For new comers, I bet you will have no idea what is going on over that place. First of all, they actually don't have a menu for you to order your food. All there menu is listed on the wall. So if you are a regular customer, you can just sit down and order from them. If not, then you might need to be like me standing in front of the wall and get explanation from person in charge to know how to order.

I ordered "Spicy and Sour Salmon Fillet". At first I thought I will get the original fish head noodles with milk. That's what i tried in Singapore and they do put in some “酸菜” , translate as "pickled Chinese cabbage in the soup with chili. So I thought that will be the Ori flavour, but I was wrong. That's what I get from my order. The soup is quite clear and you actually lost count the number of chili padi they put inside your soup. IS HOT! Plus, they do put a lot of juice "limau nipis" to make the soup really sourish. For noodles part, they are using the thicker meehon! That's the noodles that I love for fish head noodles! After tried out all 3 flavors (ori, spicy and sour & curry), I think I will order ori next time. XD For me, the spiciness and sourly taste both are too strong for my appetite. I will still prefer my fish head noodles with milk.

Thanks to one of our colleague, Chia Chee who introduce this place to us. We really had a great time with all the salmons and noodles! Other than good food, this will also be one of our little farewell party to our first batch superb partimers team! You all really did a great job and we are glad to know each and everyone of you. Wherever you guys will be in the future, we just wish to bless you with all our heart.

Last but not least, is good to work you guys! We definitely will meet again some day, some where.
