Day 18 & 19 ~ December NO SUGAR Challenge

Hey there!!

Not too much to report, I’ve ditched tea for the most part, still no chocolate, no junk really, and I’ve been feeling amazing!

Physically overall everything is better, I haven’t had my usual headaches either.

Yay! 🤩

I’ve been trying to create more paintings as much as I can, plus creating cool videos and content to go with it.
It’s going pretty well 🙂

Would love to see some more pieces sell in the shop, I can’t complain though, my paintings are often being called in advanced once I share a sneak peek on social media, which is really exciting!

I’ve been exercising more too, feeling some extra energy again 🙂

Any day it’s warm enough I plan to walk around in the forest or on the trails, on the beach, and soon, right out on the pond across the ice!

I’m such a sucker for crunchy frozen ice! Just wanna smash it 😆

Anyway, I hope you’re able to get out for some morning sun!

I’m just going to dance around like some sort of magical creature and sing in the woods to the animals like a lunatic
