Realistically, you'd be safe at work with this, unless your boss has a Magic Eye! HA! I see these images almost-instantly, here's a few tips if you're struggling...
Tip 1. Focus your eyes as if you are looking THROUGH the screen. We don't look AT a window, we look through a window!
Tip 2. Hold the image right up to your face, touching your nose, then slowly move the image back away from you.
Tip 3. Relax cross-eyed, double-vision, de-focused...
Tip 4. Get on a donkey.

wide eye works better. If you look at them wide eyed (as if looking somewhere far away in the distance) then you see the 3D image, but if you cross eye you see the image inverted and hollow.
