everyday you are confronted with choices. and you are keen to make those choices based on your emotions, and not your rational minds. on habits not logic, it is with most of us ,thats why we keep on clicking ads that we dont even need and buy the things that we dont even need. so put a filter on your self and your thoughts and actiosn. and only act on good thoughts. as you become better at it it will show. and you will be more intune with your wants and real desires more. if the thought is not benificial to you or others then dont act on them. rethink and go after it. if it is a good thought.
