Some Altitude work
Been a hectic start to summer, just back from the Sierras with my boys. Legs have been super sluggish -
One of my local warm-up hills, a good 40 Watts less than I had been doing for a while there. I should be back at full speed soon, will test it out Sunday with my longer loop to Page Mill.
But it was worth it, got in some quality time in the mountains. I'll share more on my sleep data (very poor) and cardio info (so-so) in the next post. In the meantime, here are some of the views I enjoyed:
