[일상간호활동]면접질문8
• 의료사고가 났을 때 어떻게 해야 하는가?
스티밋동아리 활동을 하며 기록은 과거의 저를 돌아보고 반성하게 해주며 시간이 지난 후에도 그때의 일을 확인할 수 있다는 것을 배웠습니다.
저는 의료사고 시 꼼꼼히 사실적으로 기록하겠습니다. 후에 어떤 결과로 이어지던 불합리하지 않고 진솔한 결과가 나올 수 있도록 근거를 만들겠고 그 근거를 토대로 반성하고 의료진과 소통하여 더 나은 메뉴얼과 대안을 만들겠습니다.
•무슨동아리예요?
동아리 내 교수님, 선 후배 간의 유동적인 교류와 소통을 위해 steem it이라는 블록체인sns을 통하여 취업이나 간호, 일상 등의 이야기를 나눌 수 있는 동아리입니다.
•간호사로서 윤리적 갈등은 언제 생기겠는가?
환자 중심의 간호를 하지 못할때에 직면할 수 있다고 생각합니다. 갈등시에 저 혼자 판단하지 않고 선배간호사와 수간호사등 의료진과 소통하며 조언과 도움을 받고 판단할 것이며 이를 통해 더 나은선택을 할 수 있도록 안목을 넓히겠습니다.
•일상간호에서 생길 수 있는 윤리적 문제를 예를 들어보세요.
