Firstly u can warn her if she do this again then i will also downvote her, i know plagiarized is not good on steemit i m not promoting it i m just saying to warn first before downvoting anyone
Warning her alone will not prevent her from taking any rewards from the people that have upvoted her. Downvoting her will let the rewards get circulated back into the pool and distributed it for everyone in steemit.
Downvoting her will do more good for everyone than harm because less rewards are given to abusers and more rewards will return to the pool meant to reward nonabusers of the platform. If she does good and refrains from doing this again, she will recover what reputation points she has lost.
But the rewards she earned from the upvotes will never go back to the system. Thus, letting this go without a downvote is like letting a thief go with a warning and they still keep the stolen goods. You can remove your vote and reduce her rewards, that would already be a big help for everyone.
