Customer service 😡

Have you ever called customer service and it takes a long time to get to an agent because of all those prompts you must enter first?!?! Drives everyone crazy! 😡
Well, I have a tip for you... say "agent" and you'll be connected to a live person!
And let's say there's a long hold and you finally get an agent. ALWAYS ask them to take your number just in case of an "accidental" disconnect, so they can call you back! Calls are being recorded and tracked so they must call back! 😝
Also, if you threaten to cancel your service..92% of the time you are offered a better deal to stay! 😉
