North Korea to Destroy Nuclear Test Areas

North Korea (North Korea) will destroy the nuclear test site at the end of May. This is done ahead of a summit with the United States (US). The North promised to blow up the tunnel in front of all invited foreign media.

Punggye-ri is in the north-east of North Korea. The site has six nuclear tests. "We hope the sound of dynamite blowing up tunnels in Punggye-ri will be the first tribute in our journey to the nuclear-free Korean peninsula," a South Korean presidential spokesman said.
