FLOATERS
Hi guys!!Today a write about a phenomenom that i have neve understood!!! I just read an article about this withe dots that sometimes i see!!! I thought they were my eyes a bit broken but no are floaters !!!
The "floaters" are extremely common, and they are present in most of the people. I'm not caring a disease or a disorder of the vision, as the eye and the brain quickly learn to ignore them.
However, a sudden increase in the number of their vision could indicate retinal detachment if accompanied by flashes of light and sudden weakening of the lateral field of view (in this case it is recommended Consult an eye specialist).
They are caused by imperfections in the vitreous body, gelatinous mass that constitutes the majority of the Eye; The vitreous body at the birth is practically perfect: with the Advanced age accumulate imperfections.
The "floaters" depends precisely from this imperfections, and in most cases are due to a decline in the volume of the vitreous body and a breakup (minimum) of the structure, formed by a network of collagen, hyaluronic acid, and water .
The collagen fibers frayed that can be form are in the final instance the responsibles of this phenomenon.
So they aren't parasitic worms that burrowed into my eyes one day? /phew
Yep, have them, they are annoying at times like when driving on the highway during the day. Ah well. :)
This is good information. :) My grandfather used to talk about them. He had pretty bad vision though.
