FEAR - False Evidence that Are Real. Entry into @averageoutsider contest.

They say it's False Evidence Appearing Real, am sure you know what am talking about, don't you?. My dear, fear is real, you can't see or perceived a ghost 👻 (which is actually real) and you won't be hell scared.
The first recorded instance of fear is in the bible when Adam hid himself for he was naked. You can't tell me that's false evidence, he knew he has transgressed God's command (which is real), he can also see himself naked and ashamed (which is real too). So why won't he fear that same God who has kept him from the beginning.

The ending of fear is in hell, I mean, where demons live, the thoughts of been tortured by Ben 10 kind of demons is not an horror to imagine. No one will have an encounter with those fourth kind and won't be scared.
Man is born to be afraid of the unknown, he fears ignorance, that's why you see illiterate always at alert for any insult, they believe every joke is on them, humanity is also cursed by knowledge as said by Thanos in the Avengers : Infinity War. How else could you explain the fear of robot 🤖 revoluting against humanity in the future, the fear is real my dear, the same phone been use to connect to the other person across the globe can also wipe off your life saving in a milliseconds.
Take the car brake failure as an instant, at that moment you fear the loss of your life and the emotional damage it will have on your loved ones, tell me if that wasn't real?.
When I was still a child, mum do sent me on an errand in the night, if where am going to is dark, fear sets in, different evil dark thoughts starts running through my mind. Don't laugh at me 'cos we all do. The fear of going back to my mum to tell her I couldn't do that made me enter the dark and jump out of those places. Later I found the antidote of fear.
Take Action, Live it. Take the Risk.

I found this nugget in the book 📖 Take The Risk by Ben Carson where he analyse each issues before taking action, I've also used this technique and it worked. It's called the Best/Worst Case Analysis.
- What's the best thing that can happen if I do this
- What's the best thing that can happen if don't do this
- What's the worst thing that can happen if do this
- What's the worst thing that can happen if I don't do this.
Very simple uhn?
Let's brake it down, assuming you're in a situation of been afraid of something to happen, and you have one option to do something about it or not. Just use the analogy above to kill the fear in taking action against it. The first point of call to action against something is to accept the fact that it exist, if it's not existing then there can't be any cure for an imaginary FEAR 😱.
We'll take an example and use that to round up this post, say, your wife is in the labour room and she's finding it hard to come out with the baby on her own, then the doctor approached you giving you the only option known, Ceaserian Operation. Then you start to fear what might happen if you take the risk, then the B/W analysis is the best to defeat your fear.
- What's the best thing that can happen if I do this : My baby is going to be safe and my wife too coming out of the theatre room with no complications.
- What's the best thing that can happen if don't do this : Nothing much really, she's forced to do it and gave up leaving only the baby behind
- What's the worst thing that can happen if do this : she lost her life in the theatre room, but sure the baby will be safe.
- What's the worst thing that can happen if I don't do this. : both of them lose there life and am arrested for murder.
From the above it's clearly see that doing the operation give the all round best result.
I believe with all that is written above we could all see what is fear and how it can be tackled.
The above is my entry into @averageoutsider in a contest https://steemit.com/contest/@averageoutsider/new-outsider-writing-contest-pick-a-topic-win-sbd-or-sbi-steembasicincome
