good health food post thank for shearing
Very interesting post .. I was once suffering from stomach disease, there is my friend who suggested that I consume turmeric. Because Turmeric will help by reducing the effects of gastric irritation by increasing mucus in the gastric wall by acting as a protective layer.
Never heard this before. Have to give it a try. Upvoted and followed.
Interesting post! I didn't know, that this spice is so good for our health
one interesting piece of information for you will be that Indians, most of the South Indians consume atleast 1 teaspoon of turmeric as part of various dishes. Turmeric is added to everything - vegetables, fish, meat, egg - everything will have turmeric in it!
You will have to take studies from some of the Indian institutes with a pinch of salt as there are many psedeo-scientific ones these days. I am not sure which one you are mentioning though.
Yes! I use it to help with the pain of tendinitis in my shoulder, works better than prescribed medication!! And I don’t know if it’s proven or anything but when I put it in almond milk ( with other spices) I find it extremely relaxing and relieves stress!
