Curator Team Application - Steem Growth ( Steem promotion, marketing, development, contests…)

Hello, greetings to the Steemit team!

This is our presentation post for submissions as a team of Curators for April. Our team of 7 extraordinary team members proposed to be the curator team for the theme Steem Growth ( Steem Promotions, Marketing, Contest, Development...). We call this team Seven Promoters.

Team

Our team members consist of great people from many different backgrounds. Our team members are spread across the continents of Asia, America, Africa and Europe. They are people who have a positive track record and are very experienced on the steemit platform. I have done some searching and investigation and found them personally to be fair, honest and wise people.

They have also been dedicated, contributed and have played an important role in the communities they have built with their teams. Our team members consist of Country Representatives, Moderators and Community Admins. 71% of team members are on #club75 and 29% are on #club100 that means we have #club100 2/7 and #club75 5/7 team members who invest in the steemit platform for the growth of the Steem ecosystem.

Track Record Team

Our team members are stakeholders in a number of communities who have dedicated and contributed to the development of the community. In a long period of time they have provided education, guidance and recruited a number of people to join the steemit platform through charitable activities and steemit promotions.

Our team is also active and experienced users who have joined the platform for a long time and have shared various positive content on the steemit platform. Meanwhile, for the steemit promotion program they are also actively carrying out promotional activities and events such as meet ups and assistance for newbies in their local area. In fact, they have also used various charity support programs to promote steemit.

We also have team members who are actively doing campaign projects and steemit promotions through social media which I call social media marketing. We certainly understand very well what our main task as a team of curators for the theme Steem Growth (Steem Promotions, Marketing, Contest...) because this is an inseparable part of our routine to contribute to developing the steemit platform. In addition, our experience in managing the community is a basic point that we can rely on to be involved as a curator team.

Curator Management & Schedule

For the curator team in the Steem Growth theme we will provide curation/upvotes for these topics: #promo-steem #learnwithsteem #contest #welovepowerups #marketing #cryptoandme #development and various other relevant topics. Some other topics may cover more broadly such as implementing promotional events, meetups, social media marketing, investing, steem developer, Steem market analysis, Steem exchange, development project and others. we also give upvote on the same topic with different hashtags like #development / #developer, #promo-steem / #promosteem, #marketing / #steemmarketing....

We will present a complete guide on the topic of posts that will be curated by our team in the next post, we have full hope of being selected as the curator team.

We have also created a table for the team work schedule, each team will work according to their schedule. Time management is the most important part that we manage so that each member can distribute rewards for the quality posts they choose on that day. Each team will work fairly, honestly and wisely and will only select quality posts that are relevant to the topic.

Management of work schedule is the most important part to maintain voting power stability. In the calculations we have projected, a number of posts will get an upvote of around 20% -80% of the vote. This will give users more opportunities to get curated on their posts via SC account.

So only a few quality posts will get 100% votes. This calculation allows 20-30 more posts to be curated each day. Vote will work up to a stability level of 81%-80% voting power which can return within 24 hours and each team member will work for 2 hours on that day.

Timing in GMT 0 will be adjusted to the local time for each team member. They must prioritize their work on the schedule mentioned above. Each team member will work together to help each other work.

Guide to Curation and Abuse Detection

Our team will curate users who post quality content that fits the theme and topic. Curated posts are posts that are in #steemexclusive and users are at least in #club5050. Users who join #club75 and #club100 allow them to get a bigger vote.

We want to make sure that the users we support are verified users in the New Comer community. For that, our team will work hard to do their work manually and establish communication with CR. We also have zero tolerance for abusers such as plagiarism.

We will check posts manually in multiple languages ​​and prioritize in the user's primary language. In addition, we will also use a number of plagiarism and word prephase detection applications and use Google Lens to detect images. Any user who commits abuse will be reported to third parties, such as projects run by ending plagiarism and the team.

Team Development

For team development and communication, we have created a Discord Group. We will provide each other with guidance, mentoring, and exchange ideas for the work we do. As a team of curators, we have to work carefully and for that this group will be very useful so that we do our work fairly, honestly and wisely.
