Curators' Team Application (April) | By The Perfect Seven - For Arts (Crafts, Photography...)

Respectfully, Steemit team.

The team of the perfect seven women who work in favor of the steem ecosystem has been named, women from different countries with great motivation and enthusiasm to create, share and find exclusive and quality content. They want to be part of the curatorship team once again and are submitting our application for the month of April of 2022.

Each of the women in full responsibility is constantly working to show that they have potential and can support steemit for the location of unique content.

Complying with each one of the requirements to be approved in this challenge that is assumed with great commitment and in which each one makes her best and greatest effort for the deserved place.

In steemit, you can find a large number of publications that include the topic of Art, specifically in which the group of women want to work for steemit, they want to achieve unparalleled success by making steemians commit, to demonstrating that they can fulfill with requests to be chosen for exclusive content and many other implied requests that must be fulfilled.

Application on the subject of ART

Each woman in this team carries out work in different communities and shares allusive content, in addition to encouraging and fostering in steemians on the subject of art.

Current launch strategic plan

To work correctly and according to the goals to be achieved, each member of the team will ensure:

• Tracking by tag, according to the theme of ART, where the following categories assigned for mention are located: #art, #crafts, #photography, #music, #dance, #poetry, #creative, #writing, #handicrafts that facilitates the search in the publications and differentiating the shared art for each one. Taking into account other tags related to the topic.

• Publications on the ARTE theme will be taken into account for support, in new users who have at least the first 4 achievements completed and are located in any of the communities, if they have at least made their first power up, with the rewards received , even in a minimum or maximum vote in favor.

• The support will be directed to publications with exclusive art-oriented steemit content, such as painting, graphic design, digital art, sketches, music, dance, songs, sculpture, origami, writing, creativity at its best, etc.

• The priority is to find publications that are of quality and therefore that they are found yes or yes in any of the clubs: 5050/ 75 /100. Newcomers are excluded in the first place, who have no way to become stronger, but whose support is undoubtedly what will allow them to become stronger as they do the right thing.

• The team of 7 women, has in favor the different nationalities and languages ​​that they handle, therefore, the barriers are broken to do a successful job and that it be in favor of the steemians and steemit.

• Each one of the members of the team agrees to comply with the guidelines subject to be part of the curatorship team in the application, in order to always make good use of the membership.

Availability for work

Each one will have one day for the selection and voting in favor of the publications, where they will be evaluated based on the quality of the content for a vote according to the hard work that is presented, in originality, quality, exclusivity, and compliance with the regulations.

Compliance in publication for voting

• To ensure that the posts are free of plagiarism and meet the requirements, we will check the photography images with Google Lens and check the text for plagiarism with different tools to check plagiarism and they will be scanned before selecting them.

• We will make sure to curate posts with at least Achievement #1, placing more emphasis on completing the first 4 achievements. (Verification through the introduction and approval of the corresponding equipment in the assigned communities).

• We will make sure to curate posts only with #steemexclusive .

• They will emphasize selecting only verified members of the newcomer community or the with verified tags in respective communities.

• Curation preference will go to those who follow the clubs, #club5050 , #club75 and #club100 .

• The articles of writing and in general among others that have similarities to show quality content must contain a minimum of 300 words.
