Application for the community curators for August 2024 | Steem Spark team
Dear Community, Dear Steemit Team!
It was not long ago when I thought curating alongside the team was a distant goal, but a sudden change in application criteria led to my selection in a team of three. To my surprise, our team was then chosen as Team 1 (Millionaire SP).
Now, we're applying for the third time with the same team. We have great chemistry, mutual respect, and tolerance, and we ensure our work reaches a wider Steemians.
We've always tried to ensure fair upvoting. If you ever felt unfairly treated, please believe I gave this curation my 100 percent, and my teammates did the same.

I am 42 years old and I joined the platform in October 2020, I have been a curator on several occasions and I am a moderator in Comunidad Latina and Shine With Steem, since a year ago I am a Steem Representative, and I am willing to work with these new changes proposed by @steemitblog.
I joined this platform in October 2023 and have been an active user ever since. I am on a quest for completing my second Dolphin now. I write and read different genres and enjoy engaging with various users. I have no problem interacting with users who speak languages other than English, as I make use of translation tools. In fact, I love reading about different origins. Additionally, I am a moderator in Dream Steem.
My STEEM story started in July 2021. As an author, I was formed in the WORLD OF XPILAR community. After the creation of the Ukrainian community, I also began to actively write there. In addition, I am interested in popular science topics, so I also write in the Popular STEM community and sometimes in the Dream Steem community. I am a moderator of the WORLD OF XPILAR community.
Why us?
Our team is not just made up of users from different countries, we are from different parts of the world. I'm from Asia @karianaporras is from South America and @o1eh is from Europe. I hope this will allow us to cover as wide a geography of authors as possible.
We have different interests and different educations, which means that we will be able to cover a large number of posts.
After all, the experience of the past month has shown that we work well together, which is very important in teamwork.

However, I must admit that I don't always leave remarks. It doesn't mean the post isn't good; sometimes it's due to time constraints, and other times the author doesn't need my assurance.

You are so right. I don't know how she does that. Reading hundreds of posts is one thing and leaving little thoughtful remarks is another. My brain gets fried if I try that.
I can relate a bit to this. When I used to be on the curation team, I used to read the entire posts but as you said leaving comments with a remark is something, I think, writers will appreciate. Buttt, in my opinion there should always be something unique in your article, different from others so that it forces the reader to be interested in it. I always try to follow that.
