"Haven't You Heard" is an upbeat, vocal driven, stone-cold, peak hour disco anthem off Patrice Rushen's 1979 LP, Pizzazz. A particular treat is the Rhodes solo section at 3:30.

I was lucky enough to find a promo copy in NM condition sitting on the shelf of a backwoods junk shop in Picayune, Mississippi while out picking an estate sale. You would not believe the records you can find out there in Junk land. There are junk shops/trading posts/swap meets literally every other mile in rural Louisiana and Mississippi, all seeming to host some long-gone Disco DJ's collection of the finest hits.
