As far as the 100% upvote goes, it will likely go a long way. One of the ideas of the model is that those that give up on Steemit their upvotes get redistributed unless they sell them which is perfectly possible but few bother (especially at these prices). There have been quite some that own shares that seem to have given up making the total distributed upvote % now at 2000% while Voting Power is holding up. At bare minimum levels you now are at 110% meaning it will likely stay 100% at least until level 30+.

I will be sending curation dividends before Level 18 opens up, based on my numbers right now it should add up to somehwere arounr 3.5 Steem for you. I'll be posting more on this probably later next week.
