He fell victim to his own success. He had been rewarding 300% to everyone, but he stopped being able to do that. People autovoting him will help him to reward more people. So, I figured it was fair enough.
300% is pretty much unheard of. Sure part of the issue was the falling steem price too. Made giving out a 300% vote harder.
