I can understand... it is a mismatch between what you think your work is worth and what you end up getting... meanwhile looking at what other people get. The way that Steemit is set up, it is not a pure meritocracy!
I'm actually trying to even things out a bit - Readers Reward Project - Compensating lurkers.
Interesting project, I will have to watch to see how it pans out!
