I really hate seeing that my post has received 100+ upvotes but only a hanful of views. Makes me feel like it was a waste of time writing it. I do see the point though. I think... Yet it seems strange that there is a war on copy-pasted comments but upvotes given to unopened posts is considered fine
I can understand that if you create original content you want people to see it. I mostly see vote automation as a way to make sure that good creators always get the votes. Automation is being used extensively through third party applications so its just a matter of making it accessible to everyone. Some authors always produce good original content that will help Steemit long term. When you automatically support consistent proven authors it helps everyone.
I agree! It is not reasonable to expect someone will spend the whole day reading every post.
