After a day of pause I return with another post aimed at bringing some upvotes to the authors of film reviews on Steemit.

@modernzorker wrote two interesting reviews. The first one is dedicated to Blob, 1958 classic science fiction/horror/disaster film that, among other things, helped make Steve McQueen a star. The second review deals with its lesser known 1988 remake.

@evernoticethat reviews Cam, 2018 thriller with intriguing but seldom explored subject, at least as mainstream Hollywood is concerned.

@arturelia provides a video review of Empire of the Sun, Steven Spielberg's 1987 adaptation of J.G. Ballard's autobiographical novel about a boy growing up in WW2 China, a film known as a springboard for Christian Bale's career.
